SHIPPING INFO
All orders over $100 Australia-wide will receive free standard shipping.
Orders under $100 will incur a $17.95 flat fee for shipping.
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional $5.00 per order.
For international orders, shipping costs for orders are determined by shipment weight and destination. The total shipping cost will be calculated at check-out. An express shipping option is currently not available for international orders.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges in the case of a change of mind. As we are a small business, we take careful consideration to ensure that all products sent to our customers are at their highest quality. However, we are humans here at Fancy Yarns Australia, and we do admit that we can make errors!
If within 30 days of receipt of your items you find a product is faulty or not up to standard, we will offer a refund or exchange on the product in question.
